When the technician arrived, he was prompt, professional, and really took his time to explain everything. He walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. It's also great knowing they care about the safety of my family and pets. After the treatment, I saw a noticeable difference almost immediately. The pest issue that had been driving me crazy was pretty much gone within a couple of days.
